The Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi declared higher denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 as illegal tender, a massive movement to knock out the corruption in a single sweep. He has taken the lead to weed out the menace of corruption, black money, counterfeit currency and terrorism by demonetization.
The citizens of India applauded the courageous and the game-changing move and accepted to endure short hindrances to safeguard the larger national interest. He has unleashed the war against terrorism. The firm suspicion of a deliberate strategy of Pakistan to put fake notes to disrupt our nation within.

Today intelligent machines are ubiquitous, they are part of our life. Life is enhanced due to the advancement of this machines. From rising to late night sleep, one uses intelligent machines to aid in day to day life. Automation is applied in every aspect of life these include car manufacturing, shopping groceries, transportation, security checks and so on.

The Automation of the process in various industries has helped human to save time and money. One sees automation in banking, insurance, telecom, travel industries. Automation has also supported border immigration team of various countries for authentication of individuals and avoid migrants to abuse any illegal movement. It has also boosted economies throughout the world by application of smart machines in finance and trading sectors.

A decade of continuous efforts by scientists leads to automation of machines to Information technology.  Automation in medical and health care proven to save millions of life over a decade or two. The economy has taken spiral growth upward, and it has created vast employment opportunities for new generations.

Global Warming

Global warming is an alarming and eye-raising issue throughout the world. All the creatures on the planet are impacted due to raise in temperature. It has afflicted eco-system on the universe. Global warming is causing a serious threat to the universe and its existence of life. Measures should be taken by all the economies of the world to ensure steady climate and existence of life.

The rise in temperature has affected climate in all regions of the continent. The several known implications are rising of water in the sea, melt down of glaciers in polar regions, rapid burning of forests, a slowdown of winds, and humidity in urban regions.

Some of the reasons for Global warming is the excessive usage of natural resources of the mother earth to suffice the requirement of human on day to day basis. Today man is much dependant on earth for its survival, some of these are food, shelter, fuel and wood. The man is digging earth for fuel, minerals, metals. This raw material is processed by factories to get finished products. In this process lot of industrial waste is polluting both  atmosphere and water. The mass scale deforestation of land to meet requirements of the growing urban population should be considered as one of the circumstances. The globalization and sedentary lifestyle are the other major influencing factor for Global warming.

It is need of an hour to save the planet and  its entire mankind, this problem should be addressed on the first priority.  Certain laws should be enacted by all economies across the continent. People should be educated about its impact on universe and human race.  More research should be focused on bio and renewable energy as an alternate source of fuel. 

Rich nations should support poor nations ?

It Is a quite debating issue about rich countries supporting an impoverished nation. After serious of discussion and brainstorming, the intellectuals would not come to a conclusion on this debate.

The underdeveloped nations across the globe required financial aid in supporting its population with basic needs of water, food, and clothes. These countries are under privations and not self-reliant to meet demands of the population. The economy of hapless nations has afflicted by drought, massive floods, civil wars and various other reasons. In such cases, wealthy nations have a responsibility to support backward countries in tough times and during the date of famine. The rich countries should consider the humanity and save the people of the underdeveloped nation from starvation and death. It is a challenge to provide medical facilities far away from the homeland to distressed countries. It requires billions of dollars to support entire nations and feeding empty stomachs.

In another case, persistent financial aid and other means of support could encourage the government without strategic plans to develop an economy.  Also, it makes the government of underdeveloped nation lethargic and reliant on affluent countries, to meet their basic amenities.   In fact, the underdeveloped countries should strive hard to develop its economy for the welfare of public and government.

It is a collaborative effort of wealthy nations to behold underdeveloped nations, and efforts to make the unfortunate economies to self-reliant. 

Work from home

The Work from home is a trending nowadays, as most of the organization is embracing this sort of work culture. It is feasible only due to the technological advancements in the sphere of internet and telecommunication. The work from home is also known as a virtual office and technology has played its role to make it happen. To make it efficient, all you need is notebook and internet. Apart from ratifying a new culture, and encouragement by organizations, one could clearly discern both merits and demerits of work from home.

It is an added advantage to corporates for promoting and recommending this model. It saves cost that incurred directly on the maintenance of the office including parking, electricity and desk capacity. The employees can save the commute time to the office, as well can conserve the fuel. The employees are reassured to work in flexible timings by espousing the model of a virtual office. It would benefit the employer, and the organization could notice lower workforce attrition rates.

Several impediments are negligible for both the organization and the employee. Very less face to face interactions with associates and client. In the virtual office, the employee could report exorbitant hours in a timesheet. Fewer chances of growth in the interpersonal skills of an employee.

According to me, I would propose the best of breed method
where an employee on certain days of the week should report to the office and on other day's work from home. By this strategy, specific shortfalls can quickly offset.

Digital world is good or bad for children

The computer and network have opened windows to seek comprehensive information. The merits and demerits are both sides of coins, and results depend on how you toss the coin.

To discuss the positive aspects of usage of the computer, it is uncountable. One could seek information at home without commuting to the physical library. The Internet has given an opportunity to traverse the world at fingertips. Technological advancement in globalization era has emerged with Tablets and Smart Phones. Many learning applications are available to enhance the knowledge. In the current generation, students have become smart kids where they can browse information on any matter. Most of the students seek the help of smart gadget to complete their assignments in English, Science, and Mathematics.

On the contrary and repugnant side of its usage in day-to-day activities have become the worst part of life. Children spend most of the time looking at screens. Children are addicted to playing games and extensive usage of social applications. Porn is now readily available, and it is vulnerable to teenagers. Dating sites had ruined adolescents and distracted from academics. In short to say students has lost consciousness and sidetracked from the career.

It is a responsibility of parents and teachers to mentor the students in right career path.  The perpetual education programs should promote awareness among children.

Crime and punishments

The crime is a serious offense in almost every country, and it is inevitable. The major crimes reported are theft, rapes, cyber crimes, and murder. The theft would include shoplifting, stealing cars, hacking personal information and lifting household items. It is a grave concern of people to control and eliminate thefts from a place or within the country.

The causes of theft could be unemployment and socio-economic condition of a burglar.  Few of them find it is an easy way of earning bread and butter.  The other crime reported is rape, the research could not locate the reason behind such cases. The victims are an age of 4 to 60 yrs., and accused are an age of 10 to 30 yrs. One of the influencing factors is inadequate conditions of poverty-stricken. Enmity and envy could lead to a murder of people. In any crime, victims always suffer the pain, bear the loss, and pay the price of the offense. It takes ages for a victim to come out of trauma and live a wholesome life.

The technological advancement and globalization have given new means of crime. Recent trend shows that cyber crimes are increasing, and most of them are linked to financial transactions wiz a wiz misuse of credit and debit cards.

The risk of evil offense can be mitigated and minimized, but cannot eliminate entirely.  It is equal responsibility of government and public to take specific measures included providing adequate resources to poor and needy, and educating the underprivileged section. The captivity and the incarceration are considered the solutions for punishment. Special programs should be performed to educate and train the prisoners to dodge further infringement.
